Job summary

Regal Innovations Pty is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of landscaping and civil works across New South Wales. You will oversee project execution, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications in Landscape Trade or Civil Construction.
Proven experience in commercial landscaping or civil works project management.
Current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card.

Responsibilities

Overseeing projects to ensure planning and execution align with project management principles.
Liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Mentoring team members and identifying training needs.
Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and policies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Driving growth and development of project teams, fostering long-term success.
Providing mentorship and identifying training needs for staff on-site.
