Job summary

Ausenco is seeking Senior and Lead Project Engineers to join our Brisbane-based Sustaining Capital team. You will lead technically challenging projects across mining and minerals processing, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to safely deliver on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in related discipline.
• Experience delivering engineering projects within mining, minerals processing or heavy industry.
• Experience in EPCM project delivery environments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of sustaining capital projects across mining and minerals processing operations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver objectives safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets and change management processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery excellence.
• Identify risks and opportunities, delivering practical solutions that drive outcomes.
• Champion safety, innovation and continuous improvement across office and site environments.
