Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a senior professional to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of project controls policies and frameworks within the Infrastructure Projects and Engineering division.

You will be the central subject matter expert for project controls methodologies, design training programs and support capability uplift to ensure compliant and consistent delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project controls, policy and process development, facilitation and training for large complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver development, implementation and continuous improvement of project controls policies, processes and frameworks within the Infrastructure Projects and Engineering division.
• Act as the central subject matter expert for project controls methodologies and provide high level guidance to project teams; design and deliver training programs; support capability uplift and ensure compliant project delivery.
• Lead consistent, effective project controls practices balancing standardisation, flexibility and cultural change across diverse projects.
