Job summary

Transport for NSW delivers a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system. We are seeking a Project Delivery Standards Lead to shape how projects are delivered across a major portfolio of strategic programs.

You'll lead the development and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, standards, templates and tools to ensure they are practical, scalable, and aligned with industry best practice and NSW Government assurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and embedding delivery frameworks within complex organisations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, coach delivery teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong governance, assurance and delivery expertise to improve outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks, standards, templates and tools.
• Provide expert advice and support assurance reviews.
