You will manage small to mid-sized project teams, ensuring coordination and delivery of complete architectural packages.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years postgraduate experience, strong Revit skills, and proven capability across design development, detailing and consultant coordination on projects

Qualifications

• 5–10 years postgraduate experience in architecture.
• Proven multi-residential/apartment and mixed-use experience.
• Experience on projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong Revit proficiency.
• Experience in design development, documentation and detailing.
• Ability to lead and coordinate consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development through documentation and construction.
• Oversee small to mid-sized project teams.
• Coordinate across design, documentation and construction phases.
• Produce complete architectural packages.
• Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
