Job summary

Bloomfield Tremayne & Partners in Melbourne is seeking a Project Architect to lead design development through documentation and construction on sophisticated multi-residential and apartment projects. You will manage small to mid-sized project teams, ensuring coordination and delivery of complete architectural packages.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years postgraduate experience, strong Revit skills, and proven capability across design development, detailing and consultant coordination on projects

• Experience on projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong Revit proficiency.

$90,000 - $110,000 a year

With several new projects recently committed and moving into delivery stages, this highly regarded architectural studio is seeking a talented Project Architect to lead a range of design-focused developments.

Working across sophisticated multi-residential and apartment developments, you will take responsibility for small to mid-sized project teams and oversee projects from design development through documentation, coordination and construction.

The immediate project portfolio includes highly resolved multi-residential developments ranging from approximately 50 to 120 dwellings, with the broader studio delivering projects of considerably greater scale.

This opportunity will suit a motivated and technically accomplished Architect who enjoys combining hands‑on project involvement with team leadership.

Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years’ postgraduate experience
• Proven multi-residential, apartment. mixed‑use experience
• Previous involvement in projects valued at $50M+
• Strong Revit proficiency with a hands‑on, technically focused approach
• Systematic approach to design development, documentation and detailing
• Ability to produce and oversee complete architectural packages
• Broad project experience from concept through to construction
• Strong consultant coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
• Excellent organisation, communication and project delivery skills
