Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a capable Project Architect in Melbourne to lead end-to-end design and construction documentation for bespoke private residences, luxury multi-residential, and hotel projects. You will stay on the tools in Revit, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with consultants and builders across the project lifecycle.

The role rewards technical excellence, teamwork, and a hands-on leadership approach within a high-end design culture. Full-time, office-based role in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture; 8+ years in bespoke private and multi-residential sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Revit with design, documentation and detailing experience.
• Experience producing high-quality working drawings for residential or complex projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment, lead projects and small teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end from design through to detailed construction documentation using Revit across high-end residential, multi-residential & hotel projects, through to delivery.
• Coordinate closely with consultants and builders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Resolve technical and construction detailing challenges with practical solutions.
• Contribute to drawing accuracy, compliance and buildability across $10m–$100m projects.
• Support project teams across all phases to maintain programme and quality.
