Job summary

CatholicCare NT invites applications for a Team Leader Family & Children\'s Programs based in Malak, Darwin NT. The Lead Practitioner will implement and supervise the Children and Parenting Support Services and Family Mental Health Support, with a focus on mentoring staff and handling complex client work.

The role requires a relevant degree or higher qualification, at least five years in related practice and leadership, and strong communication with diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification with substantial experience in a similar role.
• Minimum five years’ experience in relevant practice and team leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse cultures and settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor program staff, oversee Children and Parenting and Family Mental Health Support.
• Ensure program objectives are met and provide direct services as needed.
