Job summary

CatholicCare NT is seeking a Team Leader for the Menehaviour Change Program in Darwin and Katherine to guide delivery of MBCP, Co-responder and court support services. You will supervise staff, promote quality practice and collaborate with womens services to mitigate risk.

Candidates will have qualifications in menehaviour change, strong leadership, knowledge of CBT/ACT/DBT/MI, and experience with DFV frameworks, data reporting and working with Indigenous communities.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in MenBehaviour change and relevant experience.
• Significant experience in relevant practice and team leadership.
• Understanding of therapy modalities, including CBT, ACT, and DBT, as well as Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Demonstrated knowledge of DFV response frameworks, risk assessment and safety.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills encompassing report writing, case note writing and supervision and the ability to communicate effectively with managers, staff and stakeholders across a range of diverse cultural groups and settings.
• Experience in recording and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data in line with program requirements and leading a team to do the same.
• Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people.
