Autism SA in Adelaide seeks a Team Leader of Positive Behaviour Support to lead a team of practitioners while maintaining an active caseload. You will ensure high‑quality, person‑centred services that align with NDIS Quality and Safeguards and current evidence‑based practice.

You will mentor staff, drive service improvements, monitor documentation, and foster positive relationships with clients, families and stakeholders.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualification required.
• NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework suitability.
• Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, coaching to practitioners.
• Monitor service quality and documentation per NDIS requirements.
• Support staff development and reflective practice.
• Contribute to service improvement and team goals.
• Foster relationships with clients, families and stakeholders.
