Job summary

Impact Well Group is seeking a full-time Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Adelaide, SA. You will conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans, and work with participants, families and support networks to achieve person-centered outcomes.

You will deliver training to staff, monitor plans, maintain documentation, and adhere to NDIS Quality standards, collaborating with therapists and professionals for ethical practice and participant

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, OT or allied health.
• Eligibility to work as a Behaviour Support Practitioner under NDIS guidelines.
• Experience with behaviour assessment and Positive Behaviour Support planning.
• Strong case management, report writing and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop BSPs.
• Implement, monitor and review behaviour support plans.
• Collaborate with participants, families and support networks.
• Deliver training and coaching to support staff and carers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure NDIS compliance.
