Job summary

Amer Sports Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the PM shift (1PM-9PM Mon-Thu, 11AM-7PM Fri) at the Cranbourne West warehouse. You will lead PM shift operations across inbound processing, replenishment, and outbound fulfilment, driving service, safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include coaching Team Leads, allocating labour, monitoring performance, and ensuring replenishment aligns with fulfilment needs, while maintaining WHS compliance and supporting improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to lead frontline teams and develop high performers.
• Strong execution across inbound, replenishment, fulfilment and labour.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, and reporting tools.
• Leadership focused on safety, engagement and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM warehouse operations and achieve service, productivity and safety targets.
• Coach and develop Team Leads and warehouse teams.
• Allocate labour and resources to meet operational demand.
• Monitor shift performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure replenishment activities are completed to support fulfilment requirements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and WHS requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
