Job summary

Styleprint, a large printing company based in Kilsyth, VIC, seeks an experienced Pick/Pack Team Leader to join our fast-paced warehouse team on a full-time basis. You will manage and support a team of packers to meet daily workflow targets with high accuracy and quality.

Key duties include leading picking/packing campaigns, pre-collating items into sets, and ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations. forklift experience is a plus and Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Proven team leader or supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• RF scanning experience is required.
• Strong picking and packing background is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
• Full working rights in Australia (citizenship or valid visa).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack POS campaigns according to pick lists.
• Pre-collate printed items into campaign sets.
• Pre-collate hardware into sets.
• Roll posters for tube packaging.
• Strap, wrap and palletise cartons.
• Assemble packaging materials including cartons and tubes.
