Job summary

Marlow & Peach Pty Ltd in Springvale, Melbourne, is seeking fast, accurate pick-packers for a weekday 9:00–17:00 shift at $35 per hour. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders, label shipments, and meet daily KPI targets in a high‑performance warehouse.

The casual role offers consistent weekday hours with a pathway to more shifts for reliable performers, and a friendly team that values accuracy and speed.

Fast, accurate pick packers wanted – $35/hr, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Springvale

Marlow & Peach is a fast-growing Australian eco-cleaning brand. We make our own products and ship every order ourselves from our Springvale warehouse. We're looking for pick packers who take real pride in being fast, accurate and reliable.

The role

Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders quickly and accurately

Accurately labelling shipments with shipping labels to be dispatched to couriers

Meeting daily pick-rate and accuracy KPIs

Keeping your station and the warehouse floor tidy and organised

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm shifts

$35 per hour, casual

We run a high-performance warehouse and hold our team to clear speed and accuracy standards. Every new starter is assessed against speed and accuracy standards from day one. If the pace or the accuracy isn't there, we won't be able to keep offering shifts – so please only apply if you're confident you can hit the mark.
