Responsibilities

• Liaise with Planners, Paste Plant Operators, and Underground Paste crews.
• Conduct regular processing and underground visits for quality control.
• Provide engineering solutions for standard quality and efficient delivery of paste.
• Develop, maintain and improve systems for safe delivery of paste fill.
• Monitor delivered paste fill specifications and maintain records.
• Provide up to date engineered drawings and procedures.
• Design and procure paste infrastructure and update pressure flow models.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Backfill Engineering Team.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement.
