Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the mining industry with paste fill plant operations.
• Strong analytical capability to troubleshoot paste fill systems.
• Advanced skills in paste fill design optimisation and QA/QC from plant to stope.
• Experience with paste fill automation and continuous improvement.
• Commercial acumen with financial reporting and contracts experience.
• Ability to lead and work with high-performing teams across functions.
• Willingness to undertake extensive business travel.
• Degree in mining-related engineering or technical discipline is desirable.
• Current National Police Clearance.
• Existing and ongoing work rights in the country.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and technical knowledge for paste fill planning and operations.
• Input and advise on paste fill strategies to optimise life of mine.
• Collaborate with business units to align paste fill with stope sequencing.
• Identify opportunities, troubleshoot bottlenecks and coach engineers.
• Oversee testing trials and exploration of new technologies in paste fill.
• Maintain compliance with policies, guidelines and standards.
