Qualifications

• Extensive experience in open pit mining, particularly in gold operations.
• SSE capability and readiness to act as nominated SSE.
• Proven track record in drill & blast design, scheduling, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as accountable Open Pit Manager during scheduled shifts.
• Lead production meetings and allocate resources.
• Make operational decisions regarding mining processes.
• Conduct safety interactions and statutory inspections.
