Job summary

Midas Healthcare Ltd. Roseville Pharmacy is seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our expanding team as Lead Oncology Pharmacist. The role blends oncology and hospital‑in‑the‑home services with community pharmacy dispensary responsibilities, across 3–4 days and 1–2 days per week.

You will lead a small team, coordinate safe supply of specialised medications, review orders, manage stock and work with doctors and nurses to support patient care. On‑site training is provided.

Qualifications

• Registered pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Positive approach to developing new skills.
• Leadership and business management skills.
• Drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small, supportive team and coordinate safe and timely supply of specialised medications.
• Review medication orders and manage stock.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Provide guidance to dispensary staff and oversee daily workflows.
