Job summary

Planned Resources is seeking a Contract Administrator to lead the commercial side of a flagship Adelaide project. You will be on-site for the life of the build, owning subcontracts, variations, progress claims and payment certificates with direct liaison to the client and site team.

The role offers autonomy on a $200M+ project, a strong on-site leadership position, and a clear path to hands-on career development within a fast-growing construction environment.

Qualifications

• CA experience on commercial/industrial projects in Australia (significant scale).
• Strong grasp of standard form contracts.
• On-site ownership of numbers and commercial processes.
• Attention to detail under tight program pressure.
• Background in construction or quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

• Full contract administration across a $200M+ construction project, site-based in Adelaide.
• Manage subcontracts, variations, progress claims and payment certificates end-to-end.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and site team to track cost, program and risk in real time.
• Engage directly with subcontractors, consultants and the client on commercial matters.
• Maintain accurate, defensible paper trail and proactive issue resolution.
