Healthscope's Sydney Southwest Private Hospital in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager for the Mental Health Unit. The role leads the ward, guides nursing care, and supports the Director of Nursing in strategic and operational priorities.

The NUM will oversee resources, drive evidence-based practice, and contribute to a high standard of clinical and customer-focused care. AHPRA registration is essential, with WA/WWCC as relevant.

Competenze

• Current Registration with AHPRA.
• WWCC (if relevant).
• Previous experience at Nurse Unit Manager level or equivalent.
• Experience in Acute setting.
• Degree in relevant specialty area or working towards.
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to developing in a management role.
• Commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer focused care.
• High degree of computer literacy including MS Office and various databases.
• Ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
• Proven time management and prioritisation skills.
• Demonstrated HR management experience.
