Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Lead Mixologist in Sydney to manage the day-to-day bar operations, prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and ensure guests enjoy exceptional service.

You will keep the bar clean and stocked, handle cash and card transactions, follow safety and sanitation policies, collaborate with the team, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Experience in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Proficient communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements (OH&S).

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for day-to-day bar operations.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage cash and card transactions efficiently.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun environment.
