Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an energetic Barista to join our Sydney cafe team. You will craft a range of beverages, ensure a clean and welcoming space, and deliver outstanding guest service with a smile.

The role requires cash handling, a positive attitude, and flexibility with a 7-day roster. RSA certification is desirable, and opportunities for career development and discounted hotel stays across AU, Fiji, and NZ are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cafe, food & beverage environment is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality drinks to guests.
• Ensure the cafe area is clean, organized, and stocked.
