Job summary

ADP Consulting in Brisbane is seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design on Health sector projects. You will own end-to-end delivery from concept to construction, coordinating with clients, architects and consultants to ensure design excellence.

You will mentor junior engineers, work with Directors on complex programmes, and apply strong knowledge of HVAC, ventilation and infection-control requirements for health facilities.

Qualifications

• Senior Mechanical Engineer ready to lead independently on Health projects.
• Solid experience in mechanical building services design within consulting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, cooling, ventilation, infection control requirements.
• Understanding of Australian Standards and NCC in Queensland health facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and delivery of Health sector projects from concept to construction.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and multidisciplinary consultants; be the primary technical contact.
• Manage project programs and supervise junior engineers and project teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and grow the Brisbane team’s capability.
