Job summary

Swickers Kingaroy Bacon Factory, part of SunPork Group, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance trades personnel and support staff. You will oversee preventative maintenance, plant reliability, and project management across the site, partnering with the Site Engineer and leadership team to implement strategies and continuous improvement.

The role requires a strong track record in FMCG maintenance, leadership, and contractor management, with a commitment to safety and operational

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical trade or engineering degree.
• Experience in maintenance within FMCG.
• Experience with CMMS and CAD; knowledge of HS and Food Safety (GMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise contractors.
• Ensure safe working environment per OH&S Act.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and preventive programs.
• Manage budgets, labour, spare parts and contractors.
• Provide timely reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate shutdowns and continuous improvement initiatives.
