You will oversee systemic issue resolution, act as a senior technical advisor, and mentor teams while advancing Mantel's AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing AI model development and deployment.
• Ability to guide teams and clients on multiple cloud solutions.
• Ability to translate technical ideas into business terms for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee identification and resolution of systemic issues across projects.
• Act as a deep SME and independent technical advisor for strategic direction and risk assessment.
• Support AI solution design, including architectural design of complex AI solutions.
• Lead major internal initiatives and mentor team members to enhance Mantel's AI capabilities.
• Share Mantel's AI thought leadership internally and externally.
