Bayside City Council is seeking a Library Customer Service Librarian to join our Information team across Sandringham and Hampton Libraries. You will provide reader advisory support and information services to residents, and lead customer service excellence.

Working 28 hours per week, with rosters including evenings and weekends, you will supervise branch operations as needed and help deliver lifelong learning and community programs.

Qualifications

• ALIA Librarianship qualification is required or recognised.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrating leadership in the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Providing high-quality information provision and reader advisory support to the community.
• Supporting lifelong learning through library programs.
• Supervising and managing branch staff to ensure excellent customer service and proper branch practices.
