• Experience leading high-volume kitchens.

• Ability to develop menus with seasonal produce.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and service.
• Coach and develop your brigade with clear expectations and feedback.
• Contribute to menu development with a focus on flavour and seasonality.
• Manage food and labour costs, rostering and stock control.
• Collaborate with management and senior kitchen team.
• Maintain food safety standards and an organised kitchen.
