Job summary

Future Secure AI is hiring a Lead IT Engineer, Support to own identity, access, and security operations as IT moves fully in-house. You will take over admin duties from the outsourced provider, stand up tools, and set governance standards for the team’s full stack.

You report to the Head of IT and partner with an IT Engineer, Support focused on endpoints, devices, and networks to cover the whole stack in a hands-on build role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT or systems administration experience, including identity- or security-adjacent work.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience.
• Experience reconciling identity data across HRIS, contractor platforms, and directories.
• Familiarity with SOC/EDR/SIEM concepts and vendor management.
• Experience building runbooks and operational documentation.
• Strong collaboration with non-IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own identity, access, and security operations as IT comes in-house.
• Lead Entra ID, SSO, and access governance end-to-end.
• Oversee privileged access reviews and in-house tooling transitions.
• Develop and enforce IT policy, incident response, and audit readiness.
• Build runbooks and document processes for the new operating model.
• Collaborate with Security and Legal on vendor security reviews.
