SA Health invites applications for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in the Royal Adelaide Hospital Technical Suites. You will lead a skilled nursing team, coordinate procedural care and support the Nurse Unit Manager to maintain safe, consistent patient care.

Ideal candidates hold NMBA registration or are eligible, bring extensive clinical nursing experience, and can supervise students and junior staff while collaborating across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Hold NMBA registration or be eligible for registration
• Bring sound clinical nursing skills and relevant experience
• Guide students and less experienced nursing colleagues
• Communicate clearly, resolve issues and work across disciplines

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team and coordinate care for diagnostic/interventional procedures
• Assist Nurse Unit Manager with staffing, rostering and daily priorities
• Contribute to practice improvements, clinical audits and staff learning
• Engage with multidisciplinary colleagues to maintain safe, high-quality care
