Job summary

SA Health, Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) at The Royal Adelaide Hospital, is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead safe, consistent care and support a capable team.

You will oversee staffing, rostering and performance while guiding less experienced nurses and promoting teamwork within the Emergency Department. A Registered Nurse with current or eligible registration is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current or eligible registration.
• Clinical nursing experience and demonstrated competence.
• Experience supervising students and less experienced nurses.
• Strong communication, problem solving and conflict skills.
• Ability to prioritise, meet timelines and work independently.
