Job summary

Splose is seeking a senior product leader to own the public API strategy end-to-end, including access governance, ecosystem partnerships, and marketplace curation. You will collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Design and Customer Success, guiding investments in new capabilities and AI-enabled enablement.

You will shape how partners integrate with our platform, ensure robust governance, and help teams accelerate delivery using AI tools and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with platform/API or developer-facing ownership.
• Experience building or scaling a partner or integration ecosystem with governance and onboarding.
• Track record of sourcing and closing third-party partnerships that expand product reach.
• Experience defining structured decision frameworks (build vs buy vs partner) applied to investments.
• Working knowledge of API security, performance and governance models.
• Familiarity with modern AI/LLM tooling to accelerate product/engineering workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional influence with Engineering, Growth and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own splose's integration and ecosystem strategy aligned to goals.
• Define API access tiering and governance; ensure clear partner onboarding.
• Own documentation quality and API tooling standards with Engineering collaboration.
• Lead onboarding of third-party integrations and manage marketplace positioning.
• Create enablement resources and templates to speed AI-enabled product delivery.
• Identify where AI tooling accelerates delivery and champion its adoption.
