Job summary
Cubic Defence Australia is seeking an experienced Integrated Communications Project Manager to lead the delivery, sustainment and modernisation of critical communications capabilities for defence training systems and operations. Based in Townsville, you will guide technical teams, manage strategic suppliers and drive evolution of communications infrastructure to meet program objectives.

Qualifications
- Vendor management across concept and solution development, proposals and contracts.
- Background in multimedium communications networks and radio/telecom systems.
- Ability to translate requirements into delivery outcomes and lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager for Training Area Technical Systems and projects.
- Sustain communications and telemetry subsystem readiness and availability.
- Lead Integrated Communications team members and support development.
- Prepare submissions for Defence and government panels.
- Manage discrete projects in Australia and coordinate with partners.
- Engage suppliers and stakeholders to meet contractual and program objectives.
