Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal degree or equivalent experience in telecommunications/IT.
• At least five years in telecommunications, IT operations or network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of LTE and dual‑mode core networks, signaling and topology.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across packet‑core, IP, security, and infrastructure environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex hardware, software, performance, and service issues in live networks.
• Lead incident investigations with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and validate implementation proposals and preventive maintenance actions.
• Represent Ericsson in technical customer meetings and drive network performance improvements.
• Coach less‑experienced engineers and promote best practices.
• Participate in emergency call‑outs and 24x7 support rotations as required.
