Job summary

Borg Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Driver Trainer to deliver training and assess competency for our heavy vehicle workforce. You will guide new and existing employees across our fleet, delivering on-site sessions and ensuring training aligns with company standards.

The role requires a current MC licence and strong knowledge of mass and fatigue management, WHS compliance, and effective communication. Pre-employment medicals are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in delivering and assessing competency.
• Knowledge of heavy vehicle operations and safety standards.
• Ability to design and implement training programs for diverse learners.
