Job summary

Anduril Australia is seeking a Senior GNC Engineer to architect and deliver Guidance, Navigation and Control sub-systems for autonomous robotic platforms. You will lead architecture, integrate vendor tech, and develop real-time embedded software on RTOS across the product lifecycle.

The role requires 6+ years in high-assurance GNC software, MATLAB/Simulink proficiency, and the ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, CS or equivalent.
• 6+ years of high-assurance GNC software development.
• MATLAB and Simulink proficiency.
• Ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture selection for GNC sub-systems and control schemes.
• Integrate tech from vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Develop real-time embedded software using a RTOS.
• Create test and simulation fixtures for HWIL/SIL environments.
• Analyze test data to verify vehicle performance and controller behavior.
• Mentor software and hardware engineers across teams.
