Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in events/marketing.
• Experience in financial services or asset management is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker with execution ability.
• Willingness to use AI to drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the business events program across conferences, sponsorships, meetings, roadshows, webinars, in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.
• Manage planning, budgets, suppliers, venues, F&B, AV and production from start to finish.
• Develop event experiences and activations aligned with marketing objectives.
• Prepare proposals and evaluate vendor options to meet standards.
• Provide post-event reporting, KPIs and insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance and stakeholders to ensure policy alignment.
• Lead virtual event program creation and ongoing reporting across platforms.
