Job summary

AFTRS is seeking a dedicated Program & Events Lead to drive the planning and delivery of internal and external programs and events for alumni, industry and students. You will work with multiple teams to ensure inclusive, accessible experiences across on-campus and online formats.

The role reports to the Head of Industry & Alumni Engagement and requires hands-on event production, risk assessment, and CRM engagement. Flexible working and strong stakeholder collaboration are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering inclusive, accessible programs and events.
• End-to-end event planning with briefs, run sheets and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and budgets.
• Ability to build audience engagement and contribute to CRM activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of virtual and in-person programs and major events.
• Coordinate event briefs, run sheets and risk assessments.
• Manage budgets and explore paid ticketed events where appropriate.
• Maintain school-wide events calendar and stakeholder communications.
