SpacetoCo in Perth, WA is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to own a new engineering stream and drive end-to-end delivery of valuable features. You will lead, build, and iterate on secure software while maintaining high standards and monitoring production systems.

You will mentor mid-level developers, shape technical direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship real products that users love.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product-focused software teams (ideally SaaS).
• Experience leading work from inception to monitoring its success.
• Solid hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, and MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud architecture.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks like Vue, Nuxt, or React.

About you

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who knows how to build and also wants to help others build.

If you are currently leading a squad, or have had a taste for leading builds and want to do it more, then we want to hear from you. This role will start on our existing squad, then move into a Squad Lead position on your own squad. Always building and leading work.

What You'll Be Accountable For
