ADD STAFF, Inc. in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Lead Fitter to join our client's switchboard manufacturing team. This hands-on leadership role will see you take ownership of switchboard manufacturing projects, coordinating workshop teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Reporting to the Workshop Foreman, you will work closely with Project Managers and lead teams ranging from smaller individual builds through to major projects.

• Extensive experience in electrical switchboard manufacturing and assembly.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deliver projects on schedule.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
