Sodexo in Brisbane, QLD, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for FIFO operations to lead a skilled team and ensure safe, reliable maintenance services. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate planned and reactive works, and drive continuous improvement across site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will plan maintenance, manage budgets, coordinate contractors, ensure compliance, and maintain records.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience supervising maintenance teams in industrial, mining, facilities management or similar environments.
• Experience working in FIFO or remote operational environments.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Plan, schedule and prioritise preventative and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Lead, mentor and develop maintenance team members.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot to prevent operational impacts.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation.
• Promote workplace health, safety and environmental standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets and optimise resources.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with operations to achieve maintenance objectives.
