Job summary

Sodexo Australia is seeking an experienced NPI Supervisor to lead maintenance operations on our non-process infrastructure contract across remote sites. The role requires strong leadership of a multi-disciplinary team, a focus on safety, and delivery of preventative maintenance programs under FIFO rosters from Perth.

You will coordinate assets, build client relationships, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with HSE and site standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in facilities management or remote environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building services.
• Experience coordinating preventative maintenance and asset management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SWMS, JHAs, Risk Assessments and Take 5s.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise a multi-disciplinary maintenance team across trades.
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across site facilities.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with requirements.
• Develop maintenance schedules and maintain records and asset history.
• Drive preventative maintenance to maximise asset reliability and minimise downtime.
• Manage permit-to-work systems and HSE compliance.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support team development and safe systems of work.
