Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise maintenance operations on our NPI/remote contracts across Minesite/Rail and Port industries. These FIFO roles operate on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster from Perth, and involve coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient maintenance services.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in facilities management, mining, remote villages or commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and general building services.
• Experience coordinating preventative maintenance and asset management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SWMS, JHAs, Risk Assessments and Take 5s.
• National Police Clearance.
• C Class Manual Driver's Licence.
• White card
• Minimum 2 years remote operations experience and FIFO experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise a multi-disciplinary maintenance team across a variety of trades.
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities across site facilities and infrastructure.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and legislative requirements.
• Develop maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records, reports, and asset history.
• Drive preventative maintenance programs to maximise asset reliability and minimise unplanned downtime.
• Manage permit-to-work systems and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support team development and enforce safe systems of work.
