Job summary

Liverpool Catholic Club is seeking an Events Supervisor to lead and coordinate operations for weddings, corporate functions and community events at our South West Sydney venue.

You will supervise staff, ensure seamless set‑up, service, and pack‑down, and maintain high standards while liaising with clients and suppliers to deliver memorable experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Events Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Experience coordinating corporate and social events.
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

• Previous experience in an Events Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role
• Experience coordinating corporate and social events
• Strong customer service and organisational skills
• The ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A calm and professional approach under pressure
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• A current RSA Competency Card
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
