Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or Certificate IV in Aged Care.
• Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain.
• Ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately document residents care/progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a care team under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Residential Care Manager.
• Administer medication under the delegation and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Contribute to the clinical care of consumers including maintenance of clinical records.
