Newcastle Anglican in Gloucester NSW is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Cert IV) or Enrolled Nurse to join our residential aged care team at Mirrabooka Place. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering quality care to our residents with respect, compassion and integrity.

Permanent shifts with flex during leave periods. Opportunities to lead a care team, administer medication under RN supervision, and contribute to clinical records in a supportive faith-based workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Nursing (AHPRA) or Certificate IV in Aged Care.
• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a care team under supervision of the Registered Nurse/Residential Care Manager.
• Administer medication under the delegation of the Registered Nurse.
• Contribute to the clinical care of residents and maintain clinical records.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents and families.
