QA Electrical is seeking an experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our Warrnambool team as Leading Hand or Electrical Supervisor. Based in Warrnambool, you will lead on-site delivery across the South West, coordinating tradespeople, apprentices and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Strong commercial service and maintenance experience.
• Experience in Leading Hand or supervisory roles, or readiness to lead.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage on-site activities.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to liaise with clients and coordinate works on-site.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site coordination of tradespeople, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Deliver electrical service, maintenance and project works across Warrnambool and the South West.
• Plan works and allocate labour, manage day-to-day priorities.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure safety, quality and compliance.
• Complete job records and reporting using job management systems.
• Mentor and support apprentices and team members.
