L&O Technologies Group Pty Ltd – Geelong VIC is seeking a Project Supervisor for Electrical Residential Construction to lead the delivery of residential electrical projects, coordinating with builders, site supervisors and clients to ensure on‑time, quality outcomes.

The role requires an experienced A‑Grade electrician stepping into supervision, a valid Electrical licence, White Card, full Australian driver’s licence, and a collaborative leadership style with a focus on safety, planning and

Qualifications

• Experience running residential electrical projects from start to finish.
• Electrical licence, White Card, and current Australian driver’s licence.
• Clear communication and practical problem solving.
• Collaborative leadership style with clear expectations.
• Willingness to share experience and develop professionally.
• A Grade electrician transitioning to supervision.
• Fully maintained company vehicle and fuel card.
• Phone and Laptop provided.
• Paid training when necessary.
• Established client base and strong pipeline of work.
• Ownership of projects with experienced support.
• Regular team catch-ups and a practical working environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with site supervisors to set clear priorities and keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate with builders and other trades, identifying issues early and following through on solutions.
• Maintain strong safety, quality and documentation standards.
• Lead and coordinate electricians, apprentices and subcontractors, ensuring work is planned effectively, standards are maintained and team members have the support and direction they need to succeed.
• Lead continuous improvement through supervision, coaching, training and overall development of your team.
• Contribute to the team and support the Regional Operations Manager.
