Job summary
Evolution Mining is seeking an experienced Lead Reliability Engineer - Electrical for Ernest Henry Operations. You will provide technical leadership to improve asset performance and reliability across site, reporting to the Senior Reliability Engineer.
Key responsibilities include leading Yokogawa DCS reliability, developing electrical reliability initiatives, optimizing maintenance strategies, and delivering projects from scope to commissioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in mining, minerals processing or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of Yokogawa DCS systems.
- Experience leading improvement initiatives and technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Leading reliability and performance of the Yokogawa DCS across site operations.
- Developing and implementing electrical reliability improvement initiatives.
- Optimising preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Supporting maintenance teams with technical troubleshooting and engineering solutions.
- Delivering reliability projects from scope through to commissioning.
- Analysing asset performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coaching and supporting teams in electrical reliability best practice.
- Maintaining technical documentation, drawings and engineering standards.
- Preparing reliability reports and performance insights.
