Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking an experienced Lead Reliability Engineer - Electrical for Ernest Henry Operations. You will provide technical leadership, improve asset performance and reliability of critical electrical and control systems while collaborating with maintenance and operations teams.

Reporting to the Senior Reliability Engineer, you will drive reliability initiatives, optimise maintenance strategies and deliver projects from scope to commission across site operations in a FIFO-capable

Qualifications

Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in mining, minerals processing or heavy industry.
Strong knowledge of Yokogawa DCS systems.

Responsibilities

Lead reliability and performance of Yokogawa DCS across site operations.
Develop and implement electrical reliability improvement initiatives.
Optimise preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Support maintenance teams with technical troubleshooting and engineering solutions.
Deliver reliability projects from scope through to commissioning.
Analyse asset performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Coach and support teams in electrical reliability best practice.
Maintain technical documentation, drawings and engineering standards.
Prepare reliability reports and performance insights.
