Job summary

Aurecon in Brisbane is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer (I&C) to drive electrical, instrumentation and control projects within the Mining & Resources team. You will partner with clients to deliver complex solutions from concept to completion.

You’ll lead technical design work, mentor engineers and collaborate across disciplines, balancing technical, operational and project requirements while visiting sites as needed to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with Electrical focus and relevant accreditation.
• Proven experience in electrical, instrumentation and control systems.
• Experience delivering oil & gas, mining or water projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to deliver electrical, instrumentation and control projects.
• Lead technical design packages and provide engineering advice.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges.
• Support project delivery from concept to completion.
